Cooking lesson followed by lunch - Palermo

The Mediterranean kitchen is a source of inspiration for those who love good food. Our chef, who loves to share Sicily’s culinary secrets, will share traditional recipes that have been passed on for generations. The cooking course will be held in La Dispensa dei Monsù. During the day it’s a deli shop, while at night it transforms into a small restaurant. They are specialized in biodynamic food and only select the best ingredients of Sicilian soil. The owners can tell you interesting things about different cheeses, wines and olive oils. The course is followed by a lunch of the food you have prepared. Delicious!

Wine cellar visit - Duca di Salaparuta and Corvo - Casteldaccia

Visit the famous Duca di Salapruta and Corvo wine cellars at Casteldaccia, 15 kilometers from Palermo. The historical importance of the winery may be captured by visiting the incantatious internal museum.
