Cooking lesson followed by lunch - Palermo

The Mediterranean kitchen is a source of inspiration for those who love good food. Our chef, who loves to share Sicily’s culinary secrets, will share traditional recipes that have been passed on for generations. The cooking course will be held in La Dispensa dei Monsù. During the day it’s a deli shop, while at night it transforms into a small restaurant. They are specialized in biodynamic food and only select the best ingredients of Sicilian soil. The owners can tell you interesting things about different cheeses, wines and olive oils. The course is followed by a lunch of the food you have prepared. Delicious!

Boat excursion to Favignana

Favignana is one of the three islands that form the mini-archipelago Egadi Islands. With the boat excursion you will visit the impressive coastlines of Favignana cruising through glorious crystal-clear water.

Favignana città – The main town of the island, is a very pleasant place to have a stroll.  There are many bars and nice shops, selling local products, ice cream and the best tuna in Sicily.

Program:

9:00 departure from Marsala
10:00 arrival at Favignana with breakfast on board
- touring half way around the island by boat to remote bays and beaches
13:00 Lunch on baord: antipasti with local products, pasta, fruit, wine and water
- Afternoon free time in Favigana village
- Finish of the boat tour around the island
18:00 return in Marsala

Diving at the Egadi Islands

The Egadi islands are excellent diving grounds. For experienced divers it is possible to go as deep as 50-60 meters. There are many fish to be seen, lobsters and under water caves.

The departure point for the diving excursions is Marsala. You will take the boat to Favignana (aproximately 1 hour) where you can do one or two dives and have lunch on board. Al necessary diving equipment is included in the price. You can also bring you own diving gear.
